This number is most definitely being used as a scam but is not Pamela! I personally was a victim of this scam, and the scammers are from Cameroon, operating somewhere in London. I was asked to send money to a London bank account and also to one oversees, being the Cameroon bank account. I have been in contact with Pamela herself, and she has taken action against the scammer but not much has been done by the police about this. Don't fall for the scam, but also just want to make it clear that it is not actually Pamela.

Such a shame how many people have been scammed by this numpty, fortunately for us we were suspicious from the start as £500 for a blue staff, sent an email anyway, the reply was at like 3.41am with a big massive essay, done a couple of emails as you do with their massive emails back, Pamela and billy claimed they were married, with 2 different surnames, Pamela born in 1962 so 58ish and billy 1984 so 33ish with children of very young age lol yeeeeeeaaaahhh right, his driving licence address miles and miles and miles away from supposedly isle of man, we then said we would not be using this courier service and would travel to view because we want to see the parents and actually pick out a puppy as what you'd normally do anyway, (wouldn't buy a car without viewing it first would you), their bogus address was submitted which they claimed they've just moved there and it's cold, the address on Google was last sold 2018, the address on his licence doesn't exist (well i couldn't find it) the number provided isn't the same picture as on WhatsApp as on their photo ID, then tried sending a long email about the so called courier service AGAIN, in one email she was going on and on then stated sorry my English isn't great my husband is better at it, first of all it's an email we're not speaking over the phone nor face to face and second the passport states shes from Caerphilly, demanded a picture of them holding a puppy cameras view and unfortunately the story ends there because they knew we weren't falling for their lies oh and they come off rude and pushy in the emails from the start kind of like asking for payment for courier service and babbled on about it for a couple of emails.

yes seems same here did wonder once was told to send to a account in Cameron so red light went up since emailing and texting i have been given yet another account to send to same bank HSBC fraud dept on it along with IOM police , and looking at the original site shes not only 1 doing it also have texts from 3 different breeders all word for word same thing

contacted her via an add thru the K9 puppy website , exchanged lots of Emails and information . Asked me lots of personal questions like where I lived , if I had any pets in the past etc just thought this was her being a genuine person caring about where her dogs went , they sent me pictures of passports and a picture with “billy price Rodgers ” and his provisional licence 7/06/1984 ( DOB) . Sent over 480 pound and then a further 115 to her “sons account “ under the name “kyrylo biletskyi” thought this was strange and asked why it was to be sent to this account had no response , then asked for my money back , “Pamela” messaged asking why and then proceeded to be very rude saying I wasn’t getting any money back and that I should phone the police if I thought this was fraud . Been scammed out of near enough 600 pounds ! Be very careful was on a genuine puppy buying website !

Scammed us out of £675 for a boxer pup and told us we could use an excellent animal courier. Two days later after paying several fees after being told we’d get all but £100 back upon delivery of the pup were told he had died in transit. We’re £4000 down with a heart broken daughter.
Feel so stupid. Please don’t get caught out like we did

I enquired about some begal pups , got an email straight away, and as soon as I read it , super long asking a million question which I wasnt prepared to answer for a complete stranger right off the bat like where I live who I live with ext, I knew it was dodgy. Copy past here email in google and up come this ! I emaild back that I had found information stating that this is all dodgy and she has upset a lot of people and surprise surprise she has not emailed back . I'm so sorry to all the people who are not only out of a pup but a lot of money too , I thought I'd found our perfect pup !

Pamela Wendy Conti- SCAM—reported this evening to online bank fraud team. I was victim just this evening at 6:15. Over 20 corresponding emails with each other! Sounded so honestly genuine!
Wish I’d done more research!
Also reported to Police. I had to deal with 3 very upset kids, my daughter especially! Evil fuckers. They’ll get their karma, as the saying goes....
Every Dog has its day. Arsrholes is a massive understatement!!

Do not give her or billy Roger's price any money big scammers, want the best for the 'dogs' and want a loving home distance is a problem, and a pet courier service is available. Check out the pet courier service they know they are using the name as a scam.
Different phone number to others in here but DO NOT send any money to Pamela Wendy Conti or Billy Roger Price. Websites need to ban there advertising

I found her in my emails first asking me the breed of dog i wanted and after i told her she sent me lots of pictures and really long paragraphs saying how much these pups mean to her and how she has to make sure they are going to a safe home i found it weird how the puppies were so important to her but asked me for the breed I wanted not the breed she had so then i searched her name ( pamela wendy conti) and I’m so happy i did since lots of people have commented and said she is fake
All the things people have said from her living in “isle of man “to her phone number and her convincing people she is real is true
I almost payed £3500!!!
Police etc should stop her before this psycho gets more money from people..

Please do not contact this phone number. I am a family member of the person they are pretending to be, she herself was a victim of the scam and lost over £1000 last year. Please report this as a crime to your local police force and explain they are fraudulently using this passport and further committing identity fraud.

I enquired about a k9puppy ad with Billy something as the name, I messaged the above number. Then recieved an email from “Pamela W Conti”

Asking a lot of questions, in the reply answering them which tells them where I live, I say we want to see the puppy first. She gives an address which doesn’t add up to her name in the directory... which it may not for many reasons but that was the first red flag. We then searched her name and Isle of Man and seen these comments. She says they have a discount on courier service etc who will contact us for money once they have the pup.. obviously they will be the courier service too.

After asking her questions such as where we live, I informed her that I would not be sending any money as we had been advised by our local police that there are lots of scammers out there. She then came back with you cannot pay on collection as we are in the Isle of Man but we can courier it over. NO THANK YOU!!!! So glad I looked her up.

This is so interesting. I am so sorry for the people that have sent money to these people.
I was enquiring but things didn't feel right to me and didn't quite add up so i decided to research and came across this forum - thank goodness. Anyway they clearly do not live on the Isle of Man - they just chose a place that was impossible for anyone to travel to, which is why they ask for your address details. Luckily I put down fake details (as I'm sure they did) but we need to get to the bottom of this. It's awful!
